Clear gold with lots of carbonation and a lasting head. Nice lacing with aroma of sweet citrus. Medium body with enough hop bitterness to call this an American style IPA although the English makes a better one with the right amount of hops without going over board like American Brewers seem to do these days. Finishes a little dry with a lingering hop taste. Schultsc (572) - San Diego, California, USA - JUL 30, 2007
Pours a light burnished copper with a loose off-white head. Light citrus spice and earth in the aroma with mild malt characteristics as well. Very earthy hops flavors--loam, dry needles--with some crisp malt notes. Light-bodied with good bitterness and a clean finish. BoltonDK (572) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - SEP 29, 2012

Smooth taste nice barley hop mix.

Amber coloured, nice head. Good hoppy aroma flavour is citrus and spice, better than expected. davidezdonz (570) - Hong Kong, HONG KONG - MAR 8, 2017
A 12 fl oz bottle, bottled on 18th November 2016 and best before 18th November 2017. Poured into a Spiegelau IPA glass. It was a clear golden copper colour with a close to three finger white head that had good retention and left great lacing. Aromas were piney with citrus lemon and lime followed by a light sweet malt background. I’m not getting much in the taste. Some sweet and grassy malt and something along the lines of a bitter lemon tea. Light to medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Overall it looks great and its aromas were quite nice. Taste was a little too light and one dimensional with just a combination of sweet and long lasting bitterness.

Hazy. Good Head. You could smell pine but do not taste it.. Tastes sweet and lightly hoppy. Real easy to drink Good One. arventresca (567) - Charlotte, North Carolina, USA - FEB 24, 2013
I like IPA and this is very good. I strongly recommend this. Nice and hippy. chimpscampee (566) - Madison, Wisconsin, USA - OCT 12, 2006
UPDATED: DEC 8, 2006 This is better than GI’s Impy IPA that cost almost $5 a bottle.
This inexpensive brew is better than many higher priced IPA’s. Many faint notes come together nicely-- nothing is overplayed and I leaves you guessing and wanting more. Lime/orange tea. More herbs/spices than most. Maybe banana or pear. Skeegle (566) - Maryland, USA - MAY 28, 2009
Thought this one was great. Nice and affordable as others have said, and along those lines as well it is also moderate in alcohol. I’d imagine I could drink a six pack of this stuff and neither tire of it or be too off kilter. That’s hard to find. But onto the beer.
Bright citrus bouquet of hops--orange, flowers, and lemony. The color is bright orange and not at all amber. There was a very full mouthfeel that was nice, considering this beer’s small footprint. I wish more places sold this one. This is the stuff go-to beers are made of. Dorkenstein (564) - - AUG 24, 2015
Very floral hop aroma with some melon. Taste is rose water, cracker malts, and mild grapefruit.
