COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our IPA recalls a time when ales shipped from England to India were highly hopped to preserve their distinct taste during the long journey. The result, quite simply a hop lovers dream. And this classic ale adds a fruity aroma, set off by a dry malt middle, to ensure that the long hop finish is one youll remember.

UPDATED: MAR 30, 2014 355ml bottle. Cloudy orange colour with a lovely smooth white head. Strong floral, fruity hop aroma. The flavour has a lot of fruity sweetness, maybe some orange but with a nice bitter IPA finish. Lots of hops with a spicy quality and by no means overly bitter. Re-rated down as not as good as last time I drank it.

A golden color with a white head. Aroma contains some pine, oranges, and lemons. The flavor is slightly bitter with some oranges, lemons, and tropical fruit notes. Aftertaste is bitter. Overall a nice session beer.

Poured a nice attractive orange/amber color with decent white head that stayed for a while. The aroma was was of citrus fruit. The taste was hoppy but well-balanced by the maltiness. The mouthfeel was good and the drinkability of this IPA was way up there. I liked.

On tap at Goose Island Wrigleyville. Pale amber/gold with frothy white head. Aroma of pine, citrus, and grass. Taste a bit of citrus, hops, pine, mild caramel malt. Medium mouthfeel, crisp and quenching.

It poured a copper golden color and left a nice white head that left some nice lace. A little bit of carbonation. It had an aroma of hops and some hops and some citrus. The taste was of hops, citrus and malt. The finish was a touch dry and bitter with elements of the forementioned, which was good. I found this to be a great IPA for the money(at least in my state). While not the best by far, a good IPA for those that arent trying to break the bank.

On tap in manhattan. Pours a clear maroon color, very attractive looking right from the start. Aroma is very very hoppy and floral with a little citrus and pine. Taste also reflects the high hop character and is bitter but balanced out by sweet citrus. Palate is smooth given the bitterness. Solid domestic IPA.

UPDATED: OCT 18, 2009 On tap at Rattle N Hum (NYC): A solid IPA. Fruity aroma coupled with a flowery bouquet of hops flavor refreshes the palate with each taste. Pleasing and wonderfully simple. #003 on 14062009, DG.

Hele mooie heldere kleur met minimale achuimkraag. Aroma is erg goed, de smaak is ook niet verkeerd.
