On tap at the Microfest in St Louis. Pours hazy gold with a white head. Aroma is lemon, citrus. Flavor is sweet, herbal and a little spicy. Not my favorite style. chibuck (3521) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - APR 24, 2011
dark gold with a hint of orange, great retention and lacing... light nose that show off mostly lemongrass and a little lemon zest, boring... the taste is really sweet and way to yeasty and spicey, finishes bitter to help break it up but I"m not a fan... pass on this j12601 (13304) - Poughkeepsie, New York, USA - SEP 30, 2010
On tap at Birdsall House during their Goose Island event. Pours a just clear gold with a thin white head. Spicy citrus, almost medicinal, very spicy and hoppy. Big Belgian yeast flavors, spicy and sweet, somewhat lemony. Great body, long yeast and hop finish. Slow developing bitterness on the finish is well done. drewbeerme (3921) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - SEP 25, 2010
UPDATED: MAY 22, 2011 at Sheffields GI event. pours hazed gold wh head nose spicy leathery honey fl leathery lemongrass, herbal not bad TheAlum (7164) - Aurora, Illinois, USA - SEP 1, 2010
Draft at Sheffields (Chicago, IL). Poured a glowing yellow slightly orange hue, frothy white yellow head that laces well, dies to a thicker film. Aromas are big on lemongrass, lemon rind, florals, and grainy malts. Initial is a big blast of lemongrass, decent bitterness moves into sweeter grainy and cereal malts, bread, lemony hops and rind, a touch of spice, smooth sweetened fruitiness mellows the beer, but comes back with a decent bitterness on the backend. Not bad, but has a huge lemongrass feel.

On tap at Sheffield’s. Yellow orange with a thin head. Toasted popcorn like malts with lemon citrus and pale malts. Sweet citrus flavors, slightly piney and sweet. I don’t specifically notice the lemon grass but there is a good amount of lemon and an infused grassy flavor. Ok. 7/3/7/3/15
