On tap at Birdsall House during their Goose Island event. Pours a just clear gold with a thin white head. Spicy citrus, almost medicinal, very spicy and hoppy. Big Belgian yeast flavors, spicy and sweet, somewhat lemony. Great body, long yeast and hop finish. Slow developing bitterness on the finish is well done. phaleslu (10897) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - MAY 9, 2011
Draft at St. Louis Microfest 2011. Pours a slightly cloudy, bright yellow color with a small white head that settles quickly into a ring. Aroma of lemon citrus, lemongrass and a slate of other herbs, pale malts, just a bit of funk, and dust. Flavor of lemongrass, lemon citrus, pale and sweet malts, floral and herbal notes, crackers, and faint pepper. Light-bodied, with a dry, herbal mouthfeel and moderate carbonation. Nice, light, summery saison-like Belgian ale. jredmond (8839) - New York, New York, USA - JUN 21, 2011
Draft at rnh with streets, Kyle and Brendan. Pours a hazy orange with no head and some placing. Aroma and flavor is pretty much light lemon notes with additional wheat flavors complimenting. TheAlum (7164) - Aurora, Illinois, USA - SEP 1, 2010
Draft at Sheffields (Chicago, IL). Poured a glowing yellow slightly orange hue, frothy white yellow head that laces well, dies to a thicker film. Aromas are big on lemongrass, lemon rind, florals, and grainy malts. Initial is a big blast of lemongrass, decent bitterness moves into sweeter grainy and cereal malts, bread, lemony hops and rind, a touch of spice, smooth sweetened fruitiness mellows the beer, but comes back with a decent bitterness on the backend. Not bad, but has a huge lemongrass feel. vyvvy (6835) - St. Louis, Missouri, USA - JUN 19, 2011
Sampled at St. Louis Microfest 2011 - pours clear yellow/golden with a white head. The aroma has saison spiciness, lemongrass, graininess and mildly toasted malt. Medium / light body with mild carbonation. The flavor starts with musty saison malt, graininess, lemongrass, mild tartness and a bit of spiciness. The finish is spicy, husky and has light Belgian funk. I really liked this one.

dark gold with a hint of orange, great retention and lacing... light nose that show off mostly lemongrass and a little lemon zest, boring... the taste is really sweet and way to yeasty and spicey, finishes bitter to help break it up but I"m not a fan... pass on this NobleSquirrel (3439) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - AUG 11, 2011
Draft at Beer Bistro Invasion. Pours a nicely hazed gold with a sticky white head that persists to the bottom. Nose is really pleasant with big spiciness, herbal Italian spice notes and citrus in the finish. On tasting, there is a huge yeast character that channels black and white pepper, spicy clove-like notes. Soft citrus and a robust pils malt character comes across as well. Another example of Goose doing what they can do. Solid. pantanap (3367) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - MAY 11, 2011

On tap at Rattle N Hum. Straw yellow in appearance with a small, fluffy white head. Aroma is reminiscent of an herbal remedy with some citrus and grass thrown in. Flavor has a ton of pale and sweeter malts with some spice. Very yeasty, but good.
