On tap at Sheffield’s. Yellow orange with a thin head. Toasted popcorn like malts with lemon citrus and pale malts. Sweet citrus flavors, slightly piney and sweet. I don’t specifically notice the lemon grass but there is a good amount of lemon and an infused grassy flavor. Ok. 7/3/7/3/15 brewblackhole (1588) - Muskego, Wisconsin, USA - JUN 16, 2011
Aroma has a very mild lemon to it,flavor was watery and the lemongrass had an off sensation to it. Didnt come across as beer at all, more like a very old unsweetened herbal tea Hair6a11 (1481) - Illinois, USA - MAY 22, 2011
On tap at the Binnys south loop; pour is semi clear golden with an average fine bubbled white head, retention is fairly nice, light spotty lacing in this sampler glass. Lemon rind, grassy hops, and a bit of spiciness on the nose. I wouldn’t have guessed that it was thyme, but I guess its obvious to me now. The flavor profile is slightly bitter, has a nice splash of citrus with the lemon and grassy notes that provide a bit of a bite. The finish of this brew died down a bit for me, ending with a bit of a biscuit malt note. kbutler1 (1381) - Minnesota, USA - MAY 16, 2011
Draft. Served at Pracna on Main for the 2011 MN Craft Beer Week. Lemongrass Saison poured into a snifter a slight cloudy golden color with a slight head of white. The Belgian yeast really makes itself known in the nose along with some nice florals. Light mouthfeel. Light lemon flavors but mostly banana and clove. Some apricot as well. Nice and refreshing, I end up ordering another 10oz pour to enjoy. msojka (457) - New Jersey, USA - JUL 10, 2011
Pour is a light golden color with light white head. Nose is of lemongrass and spice. Taste is very much of lemongrass with a little bitter bite in the back after the initial sweet.

On tap at the Microfest in St Louis. Pours hazy gold with a white head. Aroma is lemon, citrus. Flavor is sweet, herbal and a little spicy. Not my favorite style.
