Draft at Beer Bistro Invasion. Pours a nicely hazed gold with a sticky white head that persists to the bottom. Nose is really pleasant with big spiciness, herbal Italian spice notes and citrus in the finish. On tasting, there is a huge yeast character that channels black and white pepper, spicy clove-like notes. Soft citrus and a robust pils malt character comes across as well. Another example of Goose doing what they can do. Solid. Dfonorow (2216) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - JUL 26, 2011
On tap at Rattle N Hum. Straw yellow in appearance with a small, fluffy white head. Aroma is reminiscent of an herbal remedy with some citrus and grass thrown in. Flavor has a ton of pale and sweeter malts with some spice. Very yeasty, but good. msojka (457) - New Jersey, USA - JUL 10, 2011
Pour is a light golden color with light white head. Nose is of lemongrass and spice. Taste is very much of lemongrass with a little bitter bite in the back after the initial sweet. jredmond (8204) - New York, New York, USA - JUN 21, 2011

Sampled at St. Louis Microfest 2011 - pours clear yellow/golden with a white head. The aroma has saison spiciness, lemongrass, graininess and mildly toasted malt. Medium / light body with mild carbonation. The flavor starts with musty saison malt, graininess, lemongrass, mild tartness and a bit of spiciness. The finish is spicy, husky and has light Belgian funk. I really liked this one.

Aroma has a very mild lemon to it,flavor was watery and the lemongrass had an off sensation to it. Didnt come across as beer at all, more like a very old unsweetened herbal tea Hair6a11 (1481) - Illinois, USA - MAY 22, 2011
On tap at the Binnys south loop; pour is semi clear golden with an average fine bubbled white head, retention is fairly nice, light spotty lacing in this sampler glass. Lemon rind, grassy hops, and a bit of spiciness on the nose. I wouldn’t have guessed that it was thyme, but I guess its obvious to me now. The flavor profile is slightly bitter, has a nice splash of citrus with the lemon and grassy notes that provide a bit of a bite. The finish of this brew died down a bit for me, ending with a bit of a biscuit malt note. kbutler1 (1381) - North Carolina, USA - MAY 16, 2011
Draft. Served at Pracna on Main for the 2011 MN Craft Beer Week. Lemongrass Saison poured into a snifter a slight cloudy golden color with a slight head of white. The Belgian yeast really makes itself known in the nose along with some nice florals. Light mouthfeel. Light lemon flavors but mostly banana and clove. Some apricot as well. Nice and refreshing, I end up ordering another 10oz pour to enjoy. pantanap (3366) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - MAY 11, 2011
