Sampled from bottle in front of ’De Bierkoning’ during Carnivale Brettanomyces 2016. Clear, golden amber. Sourish, slightly fruity aroma of lots of vinegar, oak and some caramel. Very sour, a little funky taste of vinegar, caramel and some oak, followed by a medium long, very tart finish. Thin to medium body, very astringent mouthfeel, flat. Too much, but still nice.

Aroma’s: bretty, sourish, light vegetables. Retronasal there’s some sourness, wood, light brett. Flavor is sour, woody, light sweet. Medium bodied. Long finish.

UPDATED: JUN 25, 2016 Bottle sampled in front of de Bierkoning. Hazy reddish orange with barely any head. Sour red fruits, balsamico, cherries, light glue. Vinegary sour. Medium bodied with barely any carbonation. Way too much glue and vinegar, this is not good.

he aroma was cloudy dark copper with a near pink colored head. Nose of funk and wood. There was also some raw plant matter, like a pile laying in a greenhouse. The taste was fairly tart with some hay. A sweet finish.
