Tap at GABF. Pours a cloudy yellow with thick white head that lasts. The aroma is rice, sake, yeast, spice. Medium body, yeast, spice, strong booze, dry finish, very unique.

Poured a light cloudy gold color with aromas of light fruit, yeast, pepper, and some hay. Flavors matched the aromas but had a drying affect on the palate. Glad I got to try this one off beer.

Draft at the goose island brew pub in Claiborne . Light looking color. Comes off as a triple but has that saki take to it. Very interesting

Nose is lemon, saison and spice, some apple. Flavour is Belgian spices, some rice nice and dry. With a little of a prickly mouthfeel ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
