On tap at GI Cly. Pours a hazed murky yellow with an off white head. Yeast and wheat in the aroma with banana. Creamy wheat flavors. Citrus with a touch of citrussy hops. Sweet creamy body with light carbonation and a decent bitterness Decent weisse. MoDog (927) - Griffith, Indiana, USA - JUL 8, 2009
On tap at GI Clybourn, served in a tall weizen glass. Pours a highly hazed golden with a one-finger thick head of white foam that settled and lingered throughout the eintire glass. Good lacing. The aroma had strong banana and bubblegum with a hint of clove. Also some nice crisp citrus. The flavor was very yeasty and fruity. Not quite as spicy as I would have hoped, but the dry hopping did add a nice crisp bite. Medium-bodied with light to moderate carbonation. Smooth and drinkable. Really nice example of the style. On tap at Goose Island Clybourn. Pours murky orange, similiar to orange juice, with a foamy white head. Aroma is of hops, spice, coriander, citrus, and grass. Taste is of very acidic citrusy hops, spice, coriander, banana, spice, and grass. Has a biscuity malt base with a little bit of caramel and lots of coriander. Mouthfeel is heavily carbonated like a soda. Easy to put down, and very enjoyable. I really liked this beer. NobleSquirrel (3438) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - JUN 26, 2009
Draft at GI Clybourn. Pours a very cloudy yellow with fluffy head. Nose is grainy and wheat with nice citrus undertones and distinct C-hop notes. Very nice mouthfeel and excellent body that slips down your gullet. Not too caramelized and very fresh tasting. Excellent hefe.
