Appearance: Light haze in the amber body, almost no head.
Aroma: Light tartness and funk, some green apple.
Taste: Mild to moderately tart green apple and lemonade. Enjoyable and refreshing.
Palate: Light to medium bodied, moderate to highly carbonated.
Overall: Very well done Berliner. Impressive especially at this low ABV.
Pour on tap at the brewery, hazy golden pour with white head, aroma brought notes of biscuit, bread, hints of earth, slight yeast, touch of lemony notes in there as well. Taste was a mix of lemon, biscuit, some earthy, grassy notes into a hint of slight corn, finishing fairly dry, slightly tart, yeasty. Damico (3146) - Royersford, Pennsylvania, USA - JUL 21, 2014
Pours thick unclear lemonade with a small white head. Aroma brings lemon tart yeast, refreshing in the nose. Flavors of lemony yeast not too tart or dry, but thirst quenching with the yeast forward. ben4321 (6907) - Hoboken, New Jersey, USA - JUL 15, 2014

Aroma: This one has a nice tart, clean aroma, citric, some champagne yeast
Appearance: This one pours a hazy yellow-gold color with a bubbly white head on it
Flavor: The taste is much the same, tart, a little sweet, citric and yeast flavors
Palate: This one is very easy drinking, crisp and clean on the mouth, and fairly refreshing
I thought this was a nice, light, refreshing low alcohol beer. On a rather hot afternoon I found it quite tasty and refreshing.
UPDATED: JUL 14, 2014 Tap @ Goose Island: An almost fully opaque, dense yellow with no head as it arrives. The thinnest white collar is gone in moments. Aroma has mild sour wheat, some funky hay notes, a slight touch of musty barn, & a tiny kick of lemon & stone fruit towards the finish, just outside of acidic. Taste is quite mild, even within the style, but it works. Refreshing tart zing, but far from sour. Tart wheat, lemon, a touch of citrus, some grainy must, dry yeast in the finish. A little hay/straw & some very timid stone fruit. Not acidic, overly sour, overly funky... Just a solid, drinkable brew with no qualms. Quite nice. john_henry (170) - - JUL 9, 2014
Not the best Belinner Weisse I’ve had, but still a tasty refreshing beer. If your a Berlinner Weisse fan you might find this interesting as it has quite a lot of body for a Berlinner Weisse, almost like it’s brewed with marris otter. rubbishystuff (2537) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - JUL 5, 2014
UPDATED: MAY 21, 2015 At Clybourn brewpub. It was too orange and too cloudy and the carbonation wasn’t the fine champaign like bubbles of other Berliner Weiss beers. However it was a wonderful tart funky delicious beer. Serving: Tap falco242 (398) - Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA - JUL 5, 2014
At the brewery with cherry syrup added. Lots of barnyard smell and a bit tart in the nose. The cherry is nice to add and the Berliner is well rounded...not too tart with lemon and citrus and isn’t too sour or pucker enducing. jb (3483) - Rochester, New York, USA - JUN 28, 2014
Tall hazy and thick head. Nice. Hefty yeasty nose. Very spicy. Taste is dry and also yeast dominated. Awesome. On tap at goose island wrigleyville
