One of a series of exceptional sours that recently arrived in Lawrence. Kinda pricey, but this is one of the better ones. Berry sweetness balanced out the tartness of this beer. It would be interesting to see how this one ages. burg326 (5482) - Florida, USA - NOV 2, 2013
Poured a light amber red color with aromas of raspberries, and some Brett. Flavors are the same, tart raspberries, funk, light barnyard, and a touch of cherries. A very nice and drinkable beer, I need more of these bottles. swoopjones (7020) - Buffalo, New York, USA - OCT 31, 2013

Bottle from Whole Foods in Devon. Pours red with a small off white head that dissipates nearly immediately. The aroma has a nice mix of raspberry juice, tart cherry. The taste. The taste is quite tart, has a big raspberry flavor, very juicy but dominated by the tartness of the berry. Excellent. Miked1687 (608) - Buffalo, New York, USA - OCT 29, 2013
Draft at Blue monk. Orange red pour with no head. Nose is a huge hit of brett and tart raspberry. Taste is sour Brett funk with a raspberry body into an oaky hay finish.

A lively pour, a deep reddish orange, fizzy but quickly disappearing head. Aroma is sophisticated and elegant; fruity, raspberries, yeast, light oak, basement, a juicy sweetness. First sip bursts on the palate; tart, bretty, yeasty, balanced sweet, dry woody. Very nice development. Well made beer, lots of character. MarinEvelyn (854) - Wisconsin, USA - OCT 27, 2013
Aroma smells sparkling, reminds me of a sparking wine. Some bitter raspberries, yeast, fruity. Pours a little red/orange/brown/pink, but settles into a deep red.
Tastes sour, bitter, raspberry, fruity, alcohol. First sip was a little shocking, but following sips were very smooth. tdmuel (251) - South Carolina, USA - OCT 25, 2013
Very hazy reddish/orange with almost no head (just a few white bubbles). Aroma is suuuper tart, fairly acidic sourness, a good bit of raspberry, nice bretty funk going on, and a touch of oak. Really nice meld of flavors on the taste, strong notes of both oak from the wine barrels and a nice somewhat sweet raspberry taste, the sourness is a little toned down in the flavor, kind of a balsamic acidity, a nice spiciness I can’t place, and a hint of a nice musky note from the barrels. I really enjoy this. Not too often I drink a well made framboise style sour, especially one with such nice barrel characteristics. I was worried from the nose that this was going to be suuuuper sour, but it wasn’t quite that bad and the barrel does a good job adding more depth. Rrauth (1196) - North Carolina, USA - OCT 24, 2013
Draft. It's a sweet tart. The Brett is not as prevalent in its typical bathroom form. I love raspberry so it's solid on that front.

On tap at Ridgewood (Raleigh).
Raspberry red with no head. Raspberry aroma. Sour raspberry taste.
For those who like sours or fruity beer - enjoy. Sadly, I am not a fruity not sour beer fan.
