UPDATED: JUL 3, 2017 Oh man, this beer is so good. The wine really comes through in a beer that has a lambic style to it while still being utterly wild. Huge fan. ttoadee (1491) - Austin, Texas, USA - JUN 6, 2017
Cooper red pour, no head to speak of. Nose is berries and wild yeast. Sour. Middle shows some wood, solid sourness, red wine, delicious berries. Finish is sour AWISLguy (3109) - Wisconsin, USA - MAY 29, 2017
12oz bottle from Sonoma Cellars in Oconomowoc. 11/14/2016 ’bottled on’ date, so 6 months old. A bit surprised never rated previously. Pours a reddish copper with no head. Aroma has oak and berries and some funk. Taste is smoothly sweet & sour, with raspberries, some other berries, a solid oak presence, some light malt and some solid funk. Quite dry and definitely tasty. Light to medium bodied, the blend is quite good and the carbonation is soft. Finishes tangy sour with some solid sweet presence. This was better than expected and hits most of the highlights of what looking for in this style. 15.3 Torrefacto (1675) - Madrid, SPAIN - MAY 9, 2017
