Pours a clear orange yellow. Aroma is yeasty with note of banana and clove. Taste is sweet up front followed by a peppery hop bite in the finish. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pours a hazy golden yellow on tap with fluffy white head that dissipates slowly to leave moderate lace. Aroma of strong funk notes and lots of light fruitiness. Taste follows, really nice and balanced with a nice funk and moderate acidity. A real treat to try this on tap!

Draught at Bukowskis Tavern, 12/1/15.
Very cool to unexpectedly see this on draught in Boston as Id been wanting to try it forever.
Pale golden-blonde beer shows high clarity and plentiful carbonation creating a large white head that steadily fades to cover.
Pretty straightforward Belgian golden nose, actually, with the brett adding only a bit of light horseblanket character. Cracker and biscuit malt notes, with a light touch of cherry and apple esters. Grassiness on the end, with no alcohol or flaw.
At first sip, theres a good amount of acidity creating a tartness that, taken with the high carbonation, creates a crisp, refreshing, almost berliner weisse-like feel/flavor to it. Theres a lot more varied fruitiness, though, with cherry skin, apples and lots of grainy character from the malts. The grainy character, along with the acidity and horsey notes all significantly over-dry the palate and theres little/no sweetness/suppleness to be found from the malt.
As well, given that this was primary fermented with the brett, theres very minimal brett character. Lemon, straw, grass and cracker linger and theres a bit of sharpness from the alcohol, as well.
Have not been terribly impressed with 100% brett fermented beers and much prefer it to be added in secondary/at bottling.

Pours a slightly hazy, bright golden orange color with tangerine edges and a one finger, frothy white head that slowly settles into a thick, lasting ring. Very good retention with streaks of soapy lacing left behind. Earthy, musty aroma with a strong farmhouse character and powerful brett/wild bug presence. Earthy with hints of grass, straw, barn and dry, funky yeast. Some pale malt underneath with ester-y light fruit notes. On the fuller end of medium body with slightly creamy texture and soft carbonation. Dry, champagne-like effervescence with a musty farmhouse character and dry, funky brett. Really strong wild yeast character along with bready yeast and crisp, light fruit. Some biscuity pale malt and light fruit sweetness on the back end. Well balanced and refreshing with the dry, musty brett giving this beer an interesting twist. Not too exciting but flavorful and easy to drink.

Pour is deep golden amber, transparent, with a tight light tan head. Nose has nice notes of vanilla and oak with fruit berry and a fair bit of Brett. Taste is a little thinner, notes of metal, light dusty brett, fruitiness is lighter, some grain and a touch of malt. Light body and soft carb.

Nose is barnyard, pineapple, pepper. Flavor is same plus jammy peach/apricot, crusty bread, orange marmalade. Touch too sweet for me

Orange pour with aroma of spice, citrus, and yeast. Belgian spice flavors with citrus, pine, and yeast. Not much tartness. Still a decent beer.

Draught @ Top Hops Beer Shop, New York

Pours dark orange with a smooth head. Aroma of yeast, tart ripe fruits, some mild sourness and lactic notes. Taste is smooth, mildly sourish and fruity with yeasty Belgian notes, spices and sweet zest. Finish is smooth and sweetish with hints of sourness. A bit too sweet and mild, not very sour.

10 oz chalice from draft at Jimmys Urban Bar. Pours hazy copper with a ring of a white head. The aroma is funky and wild with notes of barnyard up front. I also get hints of dark cherry, champagne-like vinous notes and goat cheese. Body is medium full and bubbly. Great mix of funk and wild fruits in the flavor. Very dry for finish. Super tasty and well done. I wouldnt say this is incredibly sour, but pleasantly funky and tart.
