Draft at Whole Foods Plymouth. Pours hazy straw toward grapefruit juice color. Nose of yeasty citrus, tastes tart, with yeasty esters, grapefruit, spicy florals. This is a very good lambic.

Draft at a tasting event. From notes. Orange citrus and slightly fruity. Tart and earthy. Not too bad.

On tap at ITAP Chesterfield. It poured a clear dark golden color with a small white head. The aroma was of doughy malts, a little funk and a fair amount of fruit. The taste was of brett, some funkiness, malts, fruits and a touch of citrus. Very tasty.

MrChopin (4304) - Baltimore, Maryland, USA - OCT 27, 2013
hazy amber, thin white head, decent lacing. Rindy lotion nose with plenty of red fruit. Dry grapefruit and heavy hay, dusty esters through the bitter, grassy end. Stable overload and too muted as a result.

Had a pint on tap at World of Beer Columbus. Interesting. Creamy, less sour than funk. Fairly light and refreshing. Spicy.

Golden pour with white head at the standard. Wheat grass and bubblegum taste. Wheat and sweet aroma. Good

kermis (13482) - The Hague / Amsterdam, NETHERLANDS - OCT 21, 2013
Sampled at Rattle N Hum, NYC. Pours hazy golden with an off white head. Aroma of brett upfront, with citrus, fruitiness, and all of the barnyard, horse blanket and wet dog notes I can handle on a Monday evening in New York. Flavour is light moderate sweet and bitter. Really dry finish. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

GTAEgeek (2220) - Colorado Springs, Colorado, USA - OCT 20, 2013
Sample at the Decatur Craft Beer Fest. Pours dark gold, with a thin, off-white head. The aroma is oranges, rye, sharp bleu cheese and some other light funk. The flavor is strong citrusy sweetness, while the brett sourness is surprisingly mild and smooth. Medium body, sticky, and a little acidic. Overall, a smooth, crisp, refreshing beer. The brett is very forward, but isn’t abrasive. Very nice.

Blonde golden pour with a thin white creamy head and light sticky lacing .... aroma is strong and of brett, pear/apple combo, some fruity belgian yeast and sweet caramel malts .... taste is more of a light sour brett with more of a fruity yeast/apple/pear taste ... mouthfeel is dry and tart ... finish is dry and abrupt ... abv hidden well
