Draft at top Hops - NYC. Pours clear gold with a creamy, white head. The nose has ripening apples, light sweat, some ripe citrus. Medium sweet flavor with ripe fruits, berries, light diaper and poo funk, light salt and candied apples. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Mild tangy berries to finish, some toffee, stewed apples, doughy bread, ripe tangerine. Tasty enough but the brett presence is quite mild. Nose is tarte dark fruitage, woody twang, earthy, dank light, toffee notes.
Taste comprises tartened fruit skins, grape, apple core, yeast esters, light sugar and caramel, funky backdrop.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, tarte closure.

On tap @ Churchill’s. Light orange in color with a white head. Nose is cracker, pepper, and spicy phenols. Big yeast aroma, some sweet malt, a hint of candied citrus, and pear. Flavor is pretty heavy on the spice. Cracker and sweet malt. Pear, candied orange peel, yeast, and a subtle funk.

Aroma of brett upfront, with citrus, fruitiness, and all of the barnyard, horse blanket and wet dog notes I can handle on a Monday evening in New York. Flavour is light moderate sweet and bitter. The taste is sweet malts, citrus, stone fruits, cherries, mild brett and a vegetal finish. Medium bodied.
