Hazy golden color with a medium sized, white head that left nice lacing on the glass. Aroma of brett, toasted malts, toffee, grass, and light spices. Taste of vanilla, toasted malts, some toffee, light spices, and a wild, bretty finish. Great improvement. 3sheets2wind (78) - San Antonio, Texas, USA - MAR 30, 2014
On draft at Stanley’s Farmhouse Pizza. Delightful brett character. Dry, funky, much improved over standard Matilda. madvike (3260) - Middleton, Wisconsin, USA - AUG 11, 2013
On tap at Madison’s pre-GTMW event - Pours hazy amber with a thin white head. Nose is fruity, citrusy, and a bit tart, with dusty yeast and a pale malt base. Taste is yeast, with funky leather/plastic, citrus, and a long malty yeasty/spicy finish. The plastic is the mellow, gentle kind, not the shower curtain kind. Soft and well-carbonated. This was absolutely delicious. hopdog (12510) - Lansdale, Pennsylvania, USA - OCT 1, 2013
On tap at the Blue Dog in Chalfont. Poured a cloudy golden color with an off white head. Brett, spices, bready, fruity and some citrus. The brett / funkiness on the softer side and a clean and refreshing beer.

2/28/14. On tap at Holy Grale in Louisville. Light copper pour with a nice khaki head that sticks and coats the glass pretty well. Mild Brett aroma, funky, more that lambic funkiness, lightly tart, not too fruity, a surprising amount of caramel and darker aspects coming out. Nice flavor, funky, plenty of Brett, a surprising amount of sourness, less prevalent sweet maltiness in the flavor. Based on other ratings, I’m thinking I hit a lucky keg on this bad boy. Cool opaque new copper color. Holds a white head. Woody, weedy, yeasty aroma with mineral and lichen. Medium body and flavor with bittersweet yeast, hops and fruit. Maintains a mild character. A complex, balanced enjoyable brew, and that’s what makes the key... balancing the complexity. oOJUXEOo (303) - Huntingdon Valley, Pennsylvania, USA - MAY 26, 2014
Tap. Excellent Wild Ale. Pour is bright and light white head. Aroma is slight funk, Taste is crisp and refreshing. Well balanced wild ale, not overly aromatic or biting.
