Clear amber with tiny off white head. Sweet aroma with plenty of oranges. Sweet flavour with orangeg and citric notes. Finished sweet.

Coppery pour releases a fairly strong aroma of limes and oranges. The sweet lightly roasted caramel malt and mildly fruity yeastiness were overshadowed by the robust citrus notes.

Pours a hazy amber/orange with a dinkus bubbly head. The aroma was citrusy with lime and orange, obscuring the slight pale malt sweetness. It tasted of a citric sweetness with some soapy yeast and a little sweet malt squeezing in. The juniper version is better.

On cask at Night of the Living Ales IV. Pours a hazy orange with a small bubbly white head. Nose and flavor are one in the same: mostly citrus malts. Lemons, lime, orange peel, pale malts and a touch of yeast. The flavors blend together well. But it doesnt have anything extra that the regular Matilda (from the brett) or the Juniper version had. Id love to see this with brett. With a little funk, this would be pretty great.

Cask @ Night of the Living Ales. I love Matilda, and the lime and orange peels made the beer even better. Nice belgian aroma with the fruit picking up a little bit. Smooth body...very good. I liked this one better then the Juniper Berries and Branch Tips version.

cask at night of the living ales. this was my pick of the night. great smooth body, wonderful honeyed aroma with hints of orange. the flavor took to the cask perfectly. very sweet without being cloying, well complemented by the orange/lime. probably the best belgian ale ive ever had.

on cask at Night of the Living Ales IV, pours hazy golden with small white head. nose has a nice balanced soft lime and orange with that yeasty matilda peeking in. really solid but juniper berries and branch tips version was a bit better.
