COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A Pub brewed India Pale Ale that yields a higher gravity and slightly deeper hue than our perennial IPA, making it "mid way" between the IPA and Imperial IPA. Generous amounts of Amarillo hops were used and aged with oak and apple wood chips for distinctive character. Dispensed with Nitrogen and "slow poured" for a silky mouthfeel.

On tap at GABS 2017. Pretty standard session IPA, not much body but enough hops to be interesting.

Found the hops, that was it. No body, flavour or finish. Had this on tap in sunny Surfers Paradise Australia. Maybe the flavour fell out in transit. Not worth the +30% price compared with the other offerings. An OK beer in an emergency. At best an entry level IPA for an unsophisticated palate.

A very watery palate lets down an otherwise nice hoppy session ipa. Good aroma at least.

Tap at Goose Island. Gold color and a lacing white head. Good sroma, grass and flowers. Bitter, and the hops have a stronger pre5semcd than the the lightly sweet malt. Not complex or complicated bit good flavor and an emjoyable hop forward beer.

On tap: The aroma consists of mild citrus, fruit, and grapefruit. It’s a transparent with a small white head that fades to a thin film outlined by a slightly thicker ring. The flavor starts with a quick dose of citrus and mild fruit. The finish has light-moderate grapefruit and a hint of herbal hops. It’s light-medium bodied with light-moderate carbonation.

It was on draft, poured golden with a white head. There are citrus aromas. It has a quality, bitter bite on the palate although not aggressively bitter. There is also caramel malt elements in the taste.

Piotr (56) - POLAND - JUN 4, 2014
Poured from a bottle, very nice amber colour with nice creamy head. Great aroma of hoppes and fresh fruits. Nicely balanced with this slight bitterness at the end. Really good, one of my favourites so far.

Draft. Mostly clear gold pour that started with a large off-white head that quickly scattered into lace.
