Clear medium orange amber color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, light to moderate hoppy. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. 
12 fl oz bottle. Pours deep amber, almost clear and golden with a small, light yellowish and lasting head. Aroma is mild spiced, wooden hoppy and light fruity. Flavour has a distinct hops presence. Caramel, light spiced and fruity. Liqourice note too. Somewhat undefineable chemical touch too. Ends dry, roasted and bitter with a persisting chemical note. An unclear brown beer with a brown head. The aroma is of over ripe fruit and oxydized, as well as with light notes of alcohol. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of caramel and over ripe fruits, as well as light spicy notes, especially cloves and coriander. Bottle. Pours a pale amber color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity spicy aroma with some hints of caramel. Fruity malty spicy yeasty flavor with some hints of alcohol. Has a fruity malty spicy yeasty finish.

Bottled@SBWF2008. Amber colour, mediumsized beige head. Aroma is caramel malts, mild nuts and some notes of alcohol. Flavour is much the same with some plum and raisins added. Hazy red brown beer. Short lived light brown head. Toffee malt nose. Light palate, a little soft and semi dry. Dark toffee with some bubblegum and a little aniseed and spice. Finishes dry with surpressed bubblegum.
