Goose island rumpus. on tap at Dola.. Pours a mostly transparent strawberry copper
hued pour with minimal soapy head... Seedy raspberry and red fruit, a
tinge of vinegar and red wine accents... Sour, tannic and light in the
vinegar. Berries and seedy red fruit. Medium bodied with a light
earthy taint at the finish. Little to no carb as exected.

Cask pour at DotLA12. Pours a mostly clear pinkish with nice head that fizzes away. The nose is fruity. Brett forward, light lacto and some cherry/raspberry notes. Floral as well. Seems a bit young and green overall. On tasting, moderate tartness. Drying finish of Brett funk. Earthy and fruity, gets more sour as it warms up. Could be a bit lighter on the palate overall but still a fine beer.
