Sampled at DOLA 09. Pours a hazy light yellow with a thin soapy head. Light nose with some hay, citrus, and soap. Light malts. Citrus with an earthy bitterness. Cornfield (5569) - Oak Forest, Illinois, USA - MAR 13, 2009
Sampled at the Day of the Living Ales 2009, GI Wrigleyville, Chicago. It poured a hazy yellow body without much head. It had a citrusy nose with some orchard fruit and yeast. Thin. Kind of fruity with some sweet pale malt. A bit too sweet to me, lacking the dry spiciness that I normally associate with a Saison. pantanap (3366) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - MAR 13, 2009

My last Goose Island beer of the day. Pours hazy gold with a white head. Citrus hops, well balanced with the malt. Easy to drink, was a nice change of pace from a lot of the stronger beers. Refreshing. drewbeerme (3920) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - MAR 8, 2009
