On tap at 312 block party. Poured reddish orange with light head. Strong acidic sour aroma of light fruit. Tingly taste of super sourness. cbfobes (2888) - Quad Cities, Illinois, USA - AUG 14, 2013
On tap at 2013 GTMW, glad I hung around this tent a bit this year, ended up getting some pretty sweet stuff, pours a light red with an off white head, the aroma was awesome, reminded me of the candy shocktarts in a way, tons of fruit but that sourness just gets you in the back of the throat, the flavor has a nice sour touch on the front end with the raspberries coming through in the finish, really smooth mouthfeel, really liked this. madvike (3305) - Middleton, Wisconsin, USA - AUG 24, 2012
On tap at GTMW - Pours hazy rosy amber with a thin bubbly white head. Nose is real tart berry, gentle citrus, and Smarties, with vinegar tartness. Taste is Sweet Tarts, not overly acidic, but citrus is present, with sweet, gentle berries. Fluffy and smooth...wow. holdenn (2127) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - AUG 21, 2012

Tasted on draft at FoBAB 2011. Pours pink/orange with an average white head that slowly recedes to thin lace. The nose is delicate sour berries with some sour lemon, light bread malt, and a touch of white wine vinegar. The flavor is more sour with the red berries coming through more dominant, some sour lemon, light bread malt, and the same touch of white wine vinegar. The body is light and oily with average carbonation and a long, sour finish.

Sampled at FOBAB, 2011. Ultimately, a fairly basic farmhouse here, though well made. Deep orange-grapefruit in color, a starch white head, and a bright, pretty pour. Some funky sour berry, hazy oak, and light vinegar in the nose. A good, tart fruit, berries, funk, and a creamy, light spicy grain in the flavor. Slightly too sweet for me overall, but I still enjoyed. Not as good as I was hoping. Pawola22 (3262) - Woodridge, Illinois, USA - DEC 3, 2011
FOBAB 2011. Pours a crystal clear, very pretty colored copper-gold with a slight pinkish hue. Finger-width, soft, frothy, pink-white head that dissipates slowly and leaves a solid, soft lacing on the glass throughout. Aroma is pretty solid with a nice raspberry tartness and a slight sweetness from the fruits as well. A light pale malt sweetness with a touch of funk and a nice oak. I get a few vinous fruits behind the raspberries as well. Flavor is similar. Some funk and tart raspberries up front with vinous fruits in there as well. A touch of clean pale malt before the oak dries this nicely and finishes fruity and tart. Very clean and lengthy aftertaste following a medium body and a nice, moderate, somewhat lively carbonation. Overall, a solid beer. Refreshing raspberry tartness with a solid oaky funk throughout. This was very well done.
