On tap at Max’s. Clear straw with white froth. Nose is funk, grass and citrus peel. Medium light with crisp sparkling carb. Taste is yeast, grapefruit juice and slight toffee. Too good; i could drink this all day.

Growler via Whole Foods, if you can freakin’ believe that. Clear pale yellow pour with a white head. Barrel aromas. Dry with muted fruit and mild yeast notes. Decent mouthfeel and body.

Orange body, nice white head. Definite citrus aroma. Some sourness, cream, citrus, banana. Nice beer.

Pours gold with a thick white head. Aroma of Belgian yeast, slightly sweet malt and grapefruit. Taste is bitter from the hops and grapefruit while slightly sweet and malty at the same time, very cool beer.

Pale gold in color with a strong sudsy white head. Dry peppery aroma. Dry white-winey and pepper character with some grapefruit peel notes. Notes: GABF ’13

Draft at Eulogy. Mostly clear gold pour with a large white head. Lots of grapefruit. Pineapple. Clementines. Fresh oak. Vanilla. Honeycomb. Biscuits. Lemon seeds. Little bit sweet. Little bit sour. Slight Brett funk. The grapefruit juice somewhat overpowers the aged ale underneath. Fizzy body. Nice and refreshing.

On tap at Madison’s pre-GTMW event - Pours clear golden with a thin white head. Nose is orange juice/orange soda, a touch of coriander, and light pale malt. Super refreshing. Taste is like a mimosa--light and orangey, with pale malt, coriander, and a touch of yeast. Smooth and really gently carbonated. This was fantastic.

Nice mix of saison and sour. Easier for me to drink than either of those styles.

Damico (3147) - Royersford, Pennsylvania, USA - AUG 5, 2013
UPDATED: AUG 19, 2013 Pours hazy peachy lemon cloudy with a creamy white head. Aroma and flavor are very floral from the grapefruit and Sofie base, bringing smooth somewhat sweet lemon with a grassy nose. There is a ton of yeast influencing the nose, maybe some nutty funk in there as well. Flavors are filled with citrus fruits and some wild yeast as well.

The aroma is light funk, grapefruit. Hazy yellow appearance, white head. The flavor is fruit, tart, sour, barnyard, grapes. The finish is tart fruit, grapes. Medium in body. Good.
