A full bodied beer, copper pour, thin head, easy on the palate despite the 9% ABV, a great double IPA. TattooJack (518) - Illinois, USA - DEC 3, 2014
Four pack into the pint glass, nice orange foamy glass of beer. Lacing to the tune of 6 drinks per pint. Very nice, I lived in the neighborhood of FLW which is Riverside, IL and this beer has the creativity of his architecture. Very unassumingly strong, before you know it all 4 bottles are gone. Tap pour - @ RHP. Pours gold-orange with nice, big, tight tan head. Pine, citrus, orange, and creamy vanilla notes on the nose. Incredible pop of hops, nice and bitter, oranges all over my palate like a sickness. Slightly dry finish, medium-full bodied. Yes! Emeister84 (2505) - Charlottesville, Virginia, USA - AUG 27, 2013

UPDATED: MAR 19, 2014 Rich golden orange in the glass (slightly hazy). Smells like caramel biscuit. Thick and caramelly with grassy overtones and just the slightest touch of dark fruit. A surprising amount of carbonation. Further sipping reveals hints of pineapple and increasing bitterness. Very good. samsmith33 (772) - - MAR 20, 2014

This draft brew from a restaurant poured a head of finely sized white colored bubbles that were fully diminished and left behind a typically carbonated transparent dark orange colored body. The mild aroma was hoppy. The hot sharp mildly vinous crisp mouth feel was very tingly at the start and at the finish with a strong hoppy aftertaste. The strong flavor contained notes of bitter mild citrus crisp and hops. A wonderful best in class brew.
