UPDATED: JUN 3, 2010 ~Spicy saaz hop aroma, biscuity grainy cereal malts, light sour notes at first, but fade away.
~Pours a very clear yellow with long lasting white head, some lacing.
~Grainy, bready, biscuity malts with spicy hops. Clean.
~med light body, med CO2, Malty hoppy finish. Bitterness lingers a bit.
~Decent brew. The lingering hoppy bitterness brings it down a bit. Still enjoyable, won’t purchase again.

very well made pilsener, nice solid hop aroma, good colour and head retention and great subdued malt weetness and solid bitterness and long finish. Cletus (6355) - Connecticut, USA - APR 17, 2009
Pours gold with a white head. Smells of pepper, dry pilsner malt, citrus. Tastes of pepper, some sweet malt, crisp finish. DarkMagus (539) - San Diego, California, USA - APR 6, 2009
On tap in San Jose, CA. Golden-yellow color with a nice white head. Lots of hops in the aroma, with a hint of the bready, grainy quality of the beer. Flavors had lots of the graininess, very well-done... with a nice amount of hops. Simple, light in body, easy to drink. Well done, a good beer! beachbum25 (1092) - Powellville, Maryland, USA - APR 4, 2009
On tap-Annapolis location-Golden color w/o much head. Light malted fruit aroma. Slight hop flavor w/a little bit of a malt backbone-had a slight metallic tinge to it. Pretty basic-not really much here. Least favorite sample @ this location.

Shimmering gold color with a creamy white head. Aroma is light fruits with pale malts and spicy hops. Flavor is sweet malts (overly sweet for the style), some light but spicy hops, and a metallic, mealy, malt finish. Watery body with high carbonation. Pretty boring. smith4498 (3646) - Winter Springs, Florida, USA - MAR 22, 2009
Draft @ Miami location. Pours medium golden color with a floral, fruity aroma. I’m not getting any saaz hop aroma. Flavor is too fruity for a pilsner. Not sure if this could be from fermentation temerature too high. Medium body with average carbonation. Not very good. alexanderj (3605) - Branson, Missouri, USA - MAR 18, 2009
On tap at SD location; 3 dollar pints for St. Patricks. Poured a gold, a bit murky, color with a medium to large white head. Aroma of bread, biscuit, and earthy hops. Flavor was pretty crisp, with earthy spicy hops. Biscuit malt was the background. Overall it was pretty refreshing and better than expected. Nebulor (109) - , California, USA - FEB 27, 2009
Pilsner hops aroma with some grain malt smell in the background.
Light golden color with a white head that quickly dissipated, little action with a minor hint of sediment suspension.
Lots of the Pisner hops flavors up front including some English Tea and a barley grain taste with a hint of butter in the background.
Light bodied, slight buttery and watery/resin mix feel, with a tad of astringency and soft carbonation.
Good session beer with a lot going on.
This is titled Czech Style Pilsner on the bottle, hope it’s the same one. Bought the mixed case at Costco. Radek Kliber (7359) - Toronto (Can) Krotoszyn (Pol), POLAND - FEB 25, 2009
On tap at Brewpub , Virginia Beach
Appearance: mid gold look with light amber touch, Fine mid head.
Nose: Mild aroma , mostly malty with little hop shown for any pilsner.
Flavor/Palate : Bitter , light bodied brew. Raw , green hopping. Finish lacking malt softness. Felt unfinished not very close to original. Disappointing.
