From a bottle at Whole Foods Beer School. Pours a pale gold with an off white head. Light malty nose. Flavors of white bread. Crisp bitter finish. theOptimator (385) - Sacramento, California, USA - JAN 5, 2014
Aroma is sweet grain malt and sweet tangy aroma hops. Appearance is golden clear with small off white head. Taste is well balanced between sweet bready grainy malt, crisp hop bitterness and tangy refreshing noble hop aroma. Palate is medium. Crisp and refreshing. Aroma hopping, bitterness and sweet grain lingers. Overall a very nice BoPils. Not much I would change. Davhgbrew (948) - Seattle, Washington, USA - DEC 10, 2013

Appearance: has a nice small white head on it with decent density, beer is light yellow and absolutely clear Aroma: very light malt, has an industrial lager note to it Taste: has a bit of corn flavor initially, for such a light beer has a nice bitter finish on it, not much from the hops except the bitterness Palate: very light body, lively carbonation, light bitter aftertaste Overall: had this on draft at the brewery in New Orleans, I had low expectations for this beer and I was about right, it does have a nice bitterness for such a light beer, highly drinkable ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone FROTHINGSLOSH (7796) - GREENSBURG, Pennsylvania, USA - NOV 20, 2013
Sampled on draft at the Virginia Beach brewpub this beer poured a dark golden color with a large foamy white head that left excellent lacing. The aroma was grassy and tangy with a lemongrass note. The flavor was lemongrass, sweetish and tangy with a hint of cracker and turns a bit sour as it progresses. Medium length sour and tangy lemongrass and cracker finish. Light to medium body. Meh.
