Amber with white head. Malt aroma of bread, toast, a little hay. Very light citrus hop finish. Medium sweet with very lightly bitter finish. Medium bodied with lively carbonation and long finish. Strong malt flavor, if you like this, like I do, then you will like this beer.

draft that poured a dark copper color with smallish white head. initial aroma was sweet malts, slight caramel. roasted malts. all of which were quite nice. the flavor was a little sweeter than I expected but you have these malts which make it that way...overall the flavor was smooth caramel sweet malt and I liked it. easy drinking beer if you are not a hop head.
