Sample on tap @ the brew house restaurant in Baltimore, MD. Pours a dirty yellowish amber with a thin white ring. Somewhat flat muted flavors. Smooth but not that good. ClarkVV (6825) - Boston, Massachusetts, USA - MAY 20, 2016

Big, pillowy white head slowly falls to cover atop a lightly hazy, apricot flesh colored gold.
Straightforward honey and light angel food cake (vanilla) provide a traditional malt base with soft black pepper phenols and a touch of bubble gum. No cellar qualities (didn’t expect) any, but it’s not a banana or peach bomb and other than being a bit grassy-sweet from bittering hop and malt mixing together, it’s quite drinkable. Carbonation is ample and engaging, which was the most impressive part. No alcohol and very clean.
Walden location. True to style. Smooth. Unoffensive as it hits the style. Very approachable. suprchunk (2994) - Crestview, Florida, USA - AUG 21, 2015
I had to ask if the server made a mistake as I thought it was a hefe. Big banana and clove. Dry banana taste. Crisp. Not a saison though. Pyobon (1457) - Sydney, AUSTRALIA - MAY 10, 2015
(On Tap) Hazy golden yellow with good white head. Aroma is barnyard and citrus with a hint of funk. Light bodied with mouthfilling carbonation. Taste is citrus with peppery notes; an earthiness develops then a good bitterness. Nice, refreshing and interesting.

Tap. Fluffy white head, cloudy but very bright lemon yellow. Some banana, citrus, spice, but dryer aromas. Flavor isn’t sweet which is nice. The description here at the Navy Yard DC location states this is brewed with the Dupont yeast strain. In any case, there is a decent citrus peel note, and slight grassiness. Lighter chalky body. This was one of three seasonal at the Syracuse, NY brewpub. Poured a slight hazy amber colour with a warm foamy head, decent retention and thick soapy lace. Nice mild hop scent with fruity notes. Crisp mouthfeel with a little dryness from the hop and medium-bodied. Great balance of fruity malts and citrus hops (grapefruits). Very refreshing Saison for fans of pale ales. rumproasts (5478) - Grand Rapids, Michigan, USA - JUN 20, 2013
Tap. Amber with small head. Light spice and mildly sweet. Pretty bland Saison.
