In 1992, Gordon launches Finest Gold, a strong and refined beer with a typically Scottish character, combining the forces of charm and persuasion. Its origins and its strength (10% degrees of alcohol) give it its smooth taste and explosive nature. The taste of this incomparable beer is nevertheless entirely suited to the new demand of its many enthusiasts. Gordon Finest Gold is today available in 33 cl and 50 cl cans.

Bottle from Mam and Dad’s holiday, France. A dark golden ale with a thin white head. It has a warming fruity body, toffee and vanilla flavours followed by a sweet, very warming alcoholic finish.

Nov 2015 - Can picked up from a petrol station (!) and shared in Steve’s car. 10% BB Feb 2017. Clear dark orange, dense foamy off-white head. Aroma is spice, clean socks, papery, honey, spiced crackers. Quite nice. Body is medium, tingly, slightly foamy. Taste is tangy fruits, bready malt, alcohol, spicy chemical finish. Harsh, dirty and metallic flavour. Holy shit.

Can, picked up from a petrol station on the N6 outside of Brussels, boosted in the passengar seat of Rilesters car from a paper cup, 21/11/15. Golden with a big ole off white head. Nose is sweet malt, sugary, light spice, bready, caramel, booze tunes, syrup, pear drop. Taste comprises caramel, syrup, sweet boozey edge, malt. Full bodied, fine carbonation, cloying boozey presence, harsh in places. Sweet boost jus, a little on the Meh side!

From Hipercor Huelva. In Teku glass. Waching "¿Que paso anoche?" The alcohol is noticeable although it doesnt make it too much disgusting

Sissio (1722) - Orsenigo, ITALY - SEP 10, 2015
Clear golden, quickly disappearing white head Very similar to strong Bavaria aroma Sugar, honey, herbaceus, cereals Not as bad as I though, a lot of alcohol but there is something else....some bitter ending (hops)

MMR (833) - NETHERLANDS - JUL 26, 2015
An insult to beer with a high percentage. It is a Pilsener with the dullest aroma and the most absurd alcohol percentage which never returns in it’s taste (apart from it being alcoholic). Don’t be bothered to buy this unless your a (tasteless) alcoholic.
