Bottle 33 cl. Pours a hazy brown with a medium tannish white head and an aroma of caramel, breadish malts and cinnamon. The taste is sweet, lots of brown sugar, toffee, ripe plums, banana and sweet winter spices. The finish is mainly sweet, with some spices in the end. Pretty good!

Dark amber coloured beer with a big head. Sweet roasted caramelly aroma. Sweet, spicy taste. A nice beer. This beer was made in Belgium.

Bottle @ home. ramato carico con riflessi rubino. solo leggermente velata, quasi limpida. Schiuma beige fine poco persistente.

JanEric (1244) - Meppel, NETHERLANDS - FEB 2, 2013
Reddish brown, minimal white head, flat. Aroma is sweet, full boedied, some bitterness, nuts. Alcohol shows a bit up. Reasonable finish, medium body, nice with a bit sweet finish.

Gangstergafje (1231) - Capelle aan den IJssel, NETHERLANDS - DEC 26, 2015
The beer has a nice look. The beer has a beautiful deep dark red color. The beer is quite clear. The beer pours a decent amount of a little bit rough almond colored foam. The bulk of the foam collapses and a little drape of foam remains on top of the beer. The smell is nice but a little bit mild. The beer has a nice alcohol aroma. I also clearly smell some roasted barley. There is also a nice fruity aroma, grapes and cherries. The taste also has a nice fruity sweetness in the front of the mouth, reminding me of fruits like grapes and cherry. Later a alcohol flavor kicks in. The finish is long and strong and contains mainly a bitter roast taste. The way the flavors follow each other is very nice. The flavors keep building from soft sweet to strong bitter. Very well done.

Rating #539, bottle from Ølbutikken

A brown-red beer with a nice head. Aroma is peach, strawberries, cherries, yeast, and spicy hops. Rather christmasy. Flavour has christmas in it as well by presenting a basket of strawberries, cinnamon, spices and sweetness, though with some metal too. Medium palate, ok thickness.

Bottle at home. Sweet malts, caramel, toffee, cinnamon, nuts and dark fruit. A nice warming beer indeed.
