Draught. Pours golden honey with a tiny patchy white head and lined lacing. Aroma is honey, malt (toasted grain, meal) and sour yeast. This ale has a distinct aroma and flavor of honey but is somewhat acidic and odd, I really could not past it. The gimicky name and label somehow made me uncomfortable with the contents, could not finish it. AndrewKoransky (30) - Salida, Colorado, USA - FEB 15, 2006
As part of a beer sampler on Valentines Day. For a light ale, this beer was ’interesting.’ Honey flavor is noticable, giving the beer a unique sweet flavor, but not too sweet thanks to a decent hop balance. Probably the bewery’s best choice for a hot summer day. Aubrey (3516) - Bellingham, Washington, USA - MAY 16, 2005
Draft at brewery: Cloudy golden; very little head. Light body, moderate carbonation. Malts have a hint of sweet, powdery cocoa. Decent aromas of flowers and honey, as well as a pinch of perfume. Light honeysuckle aromas were nice. Ernest (7889) - Boulder, Colorado, USA - OCT 15, 2002
