Clear golden-yellow colour with low unsteady head and medium to crisp body. Nose of bitter hops. Taste of bitter hops, light metall, straw and citrus fruits. Easy to drink and quite refreshing, but the finish is just too bitter and thin-watery. kevnic2008 (12000) - Baden-Baden, GERMANY - APR 6, 2014
Many thanks for this bottle to Erzengel. Clear golden color. Usual aroma for lager. Light taste with hops and malt. altonbrownd (5897) - Chevy Chase, Maryland, USA - FEB 6, 2016
Bottle bought in Leuven from Asian bottle shop. Nice golden body with slight head. Nose is grainy, malty and eggy. Taste of malts, rice, spices. Cream texture. Papery thin. Idiosynkrasie (7535) - Bielefeld, GERMANY - MAR 14, 2016
650ml bottle [Thanks Steffi!]. Clear, yellow-ish, golden colour with small to average, thick, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, snow-white head. Strawy, grainy aroma, a mild touch of silage. Taste is minimally sweet pale malty, grassy hoppy overtones, some malt spiciness, moderate hop bitterness; slightly watery. Clean and well balanced. madsberg (11770) - Søborg, DENMARK - MAY 3, 2009
Bottled in Kathmandu. Golden coloured. Clear. Dense off white head. Grassy and grainy aroma. Is light fruity and herbal in the flavour. A bit sweet. Thin bodied. Is light bitter and somewhat sweet in the end.

Bottle courtesy of (zdk or Paul??) at the Daduary 2013 tasting. Barely remember this, but it wasn’t as awful as the label leads you to believe. Light lagery notes, slightly grainy, malty, grassy, spice and a touch of lemongrass. esox (1225) - Oulu, FINLAND - APR 28, 2013
Bottled. Pale golden colour, medum-sized but diminishing head with some lace. Slightly honey-sweet malty nose, light grassy hops, a hint of green apples and wet paper. Quite clean though. Light, slightly sweet grainy taste, lightly bitter finish. Slighty watery but quite fresh. adasko (2233) - Poznan, POLAND - JUL 5, 2014
It’s like a tasteless lager, with no aroma and with no bitterness. But still in mind blowing hot Nepal it’s unbelievable refreshing. nimbleprop (8382) - SouthWest, Washington, Washington DC, USA - FEB 10, 2015
Couple of 50cl bottles in my Kathmandu hotel. Pours a clear gold with some sticky, white head. Doesn’t look bad. Nose has some mild grass notes, a little lemon, but quite corny, a little white flour, quite crackery. Flavor is a bit weaker, lemon, yeast, white flour, a little vitamin C. Watery finish. Had worse. txspartan (1080) - Berchem, BELGIUM - FEB 22, 2011
A Nepalese fry-shop owner in Antwerp had this in his cooler. It has two kukri-knives on the label, how cool is that? One will do.
