Farven er uklar lys gul med en hvid skumkrone. Livlig kulsyre. Aromaen er som en hvedel og smagen er ligesdan dog med en del mere syrlighed. En l som bestemt skal smages igen.

Pours a very hazy, amber color with a huge, froth head. Smells of a tart lactic quality together with toffee malts, tied together by crisp citrus peel and a whiff of salt. Very intriguing on the nose, with all aromas creating a great balance. Has a soft carbonation among a light, refreshing body, which still produces a very nice complexity. Tastes of crisp, funk accompanied citrus peel, which gently blends into dough malts. A vivid, still soft mineralic, stony quality comes up, complimenting to the citrus tartness. Finishes with a pleasant citraic dryness and an aqueous silkness, producing a lemon juice finish. Perfect Gose, while producing its defining freshness from the start, it displays a great, multi layered citrus fruitiness, which stays till the very end.

Sample from tap with the ever growing Adam RB clan. Hazy golden color. Dense white head. Aromas: witbier, wheat, coriander, a light hint of salt. Retronasal its coriander, sweetish, very light salt. Flavor is almost neutral. Light bodied. Rather dry finish, without being bitter.

Zlotta (2361) - Hagen, GERMANY - APR 8, 2016
Sampled from tap at In de Wildeman. Slightly hazy, golden yellow with a medium large, dense, white head. Sweetish, yeasty-spicy aroma of coriander, vanilla, some straw and a bit of honey. Sweetish, yeasty-spicy taste of coriander, vanilla, some straw and a bit of honey, followed by a short, just slightly bitter, moderately salty and a bit yeasty finish. Thin to medium body, smooth mouthfeel, very soft carbonation. Interesting.

Clear golden with a dense head. Aroma is pretty yeasty with fresh bread and sour grapes. Taste is more of the same with a somewhat effervescent texture.
