Geruch frisch und nach Himbeeren. Geschmack leider eher wässrig, nicht besonders sauer, fast wie ein alkoholfreies Bier.

Unfortunately this is not a Gose because the Brewery is too scared to work with lacto bacteria.
This all ends up as an o.k. spiced Wheat Beer instead of a Gose.

Overall: decent light acidic weizen

FatPhil (17147) - Tallinn, ESTONIA - APR 15, 2017
500 ml bottle (Koht Easter Auction 2017, Tallinn)

Simple blandish malty aroma, just a touch of wheat, even a hint of banana strings, with a salty hint. Do I get something acetic too? Some light spicing, but overall, a bit dishwatery. Pale gold, small tight head. Blandish pale malts, a bit bready, some pumpkin seeds. Dry papery finish, but does have some proper bitter hops. Hmmm, it’s like a weird starchy lager with even weirder things added. Nahhhhh.

2.8
Marduk (8493) - Reval, ESTONIA - APR 15, 2017
500ml bottle (thanks FatPhil). Slightly hazy yellow golden color. Medium size, thick white head, stays. Grainy, perfume, sweet, coriander in aroma. Sourish, perfume, coriander, grainy, herbal in taste. Herbal, coriander and sweet in aftertaste. Soft carbonation. Weird one.
