MiP (15973) - Sønderborg, DENMARK - AUG 25, 2009
Bottle, 4.9%. Dusty aroma, mildly malty. Clear yellow colour. Small white head. Good, clean malty flavour, a little subtle, but nice. Low bitterness. A good, standard Helles.

Bottled. A golden beer with a white head. The aroma is sweet with notes of straw and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of straw, malt, and a bit of sulphur, leading to a bitter finish.

yespr (47545) - Copenhagen O, DENMARK - AUG 21, 2009
50 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden yellow with a small white head. Light grassy and vague malty aroma. Flavour is mild grassy, dry malty and with a crisp bitter finish. Dry lasting impression.

3.2
DarkElf (3066) - La Jolla, California, USA - AUG 12, 2008
06-May-08 (500-ml bottle, Best by June, 2008: Free sample bottle for stewarding the 2008 World Beer Cup in San Diego, CA) Though the flavor is pleasant and balanced, what this beer lacks is a little gumption. Malts are grainy and very mildly sweet, and hops are lightly bitter and fairly spicy, but the overall impression is light and airy. Grainy malts are the prominent component, with hops much farther in the background. Light-medium in body, the carbonation is medium but soft, and the hops do a nice job keeping the palate clean and refreshed. The head is a bit overactive, pouring over two inches of stiff, large-bubbled foam. The body is golden in color with a slight cloudiness. As the head slowly settles down, it leaves large rings of foam on the glass. Overall, it’s pleasant but ordinary.

Quack-Duck (9533) - Down South, GERMANY - DEC 6, 2007
bottle, Danke pivnizub! Golden colour, slightly hazy. Malty and grainy with a lemony sourness/fruitiness. Shy touch of barnyard. Hoppy in the finish.

pivnizub (10809) - Bochum, Porř, GERMANY - NOV 17, 2007
Bottle (purchased at the brewery, Jonas, danke trotzdem !): Straw golden, clear, mid-sized white head, sticking to the glass, sweet-grainy nose with some citrus-fruity influences; sweetish-bitter flavour, light bodied, but not empty at all; mild, but distinctive citrus-fruitiness in the pale-malty finish. A good, refreshing Helles..........

jonas (8035) - Garching b. München, GERMANY - NOV 4, 2007
Bottle. Light honeyish and aromatic aroma. Hazy pale yellow, foam crown. Fairly thin, light papery malt, nice hop counterbalance though. Sparkly mouthfeel. Pilsnerish, easy drinkable.

MoritzF (10095) - Ottobrunn, GERMANY - AUG 22, 2007
(bottle) Clear, golden colour with a massive, lacing foamy white head. Discreet aroma: light-sweet strawy malty nose with a balanced dose of herbal hops. Light-sweet flavour, light bodied with a soft mouthfeel. Soft malty, light strway taste with light herbal accents; moderately dry, shy sweet-bitter finish with a whiff of herbal hops. Quite neutral brew, but also pretty balanced.
