TEJA (3392) - Stockholm, SWEDEN - FEB 9, 2017
Sampled at the brewpub in Deuerling.

0.33 l bottle from the brewpub in Deuerlingen... Clear golden color, average head... Quite bitter Pilsener variante... Strong aroma, tasteful... omhper (26038) - Tyresö, SWEDEN - FEB 13, 2015
Bottled. Clear pale golden, small head. Grassy bready nose. Dry, crisp and slender where firm crisp-bread malt meets grassy hops. Balanced bitter finish. Marheb (6341) - Montréal, Quebec, CANADA - NOV 17, 2014
Compote de pomme étendue sur une baguette fraiche avec des houblons timides qui peinent à soutenir les malts miellés. MartinT (10239) - Montreal, Quebec, CANADA - OCT 17, 2014
My Bottom Line:
Maria (10211) - Thisted, DENMARK - FEB 24, 2012
Bread baguette and straw flavors reach honeyed sugars in this comfortable lager.
Further Personal Perceptions:
-A sheet of foam laces around the clear gold.
-This felt maltier than most German Pilseners, and thus tasted more Helles-like than Pilsener-like.
-Hops are definitely shy in this one.
-Drinkability is key in this one.
It’s golden with a creamy, white head and the aroma has notes of malt, flower, bread and light straw. The flavor has a light sweetness and notes like the aroma and the finish is dry and slightly bitter. jonas (8532) - Garching close to the monks, GERMANY - NOV 20, 2007
Bottle. Pale golden, big fluffy head. Crisp light citric nose. Light crainy, slightly dusty base, appropriate hop response. Medium to light body, light on the carbonation. Lacks a little bi oomph to become really interresting, nevetheless - well-crafted. Quack-Duck (9541) - Down South, GERMANY - NOV 11, 2007
bottle, traded with pivnizub - Danke! Pale ygolden yelow, clear, very large and creamy head. Strange metallic aroma. Not metallic flavours however, well-balanced Pilsener, hoppy with a solid malty base. pivnizub (10959) - Bochum, GERMANY - NOV 6, 2007
Bottle (thanks to joss !) Pale golden, smaller lacy white head, traces of sweet malt and floral (noble) hops in the nose; light bodied, light bitter-sweet flavour; sweet pale malt and hoppy bitterness in the short finish. Neither bad nor really convincing.......... MoritzF (10234) - Ottobrunn, GERMANY - AUG 22, 2007
(33cl bottle, purchased at the brewery) Clear, pale golden colour with a solid blond foamy head. Soft grainy, herbal and slightly grassy hops aroma with hay a touch of barnyard. Medium bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a crispy carbonation. Soft malty, slightly grainy and chalky taste; moderately bitter, herbal and slightly grassy hoppy finish with a tinge of metal. Okay but not an outstanding Pilsener.
