Choos (754) - Taylors Hill, AUSTRALIA - MAR 11, 2004
Aroma is slightly grainy that reminded me of oats but could be described as wet straw as others have rated. Appearance is yellow to orange and slightly hazy (not from yeast) with a smallish head that leaves a hint of lacing. Flavour is bland with a hint of caramel/sugar sweetness and bready finishing with a hint of hops but not sharp tang.

So this is Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger's favorite beer, imported from Austria with a 12/20/03 best before date. It pours a clear straw golden color with a decent white head that doesn't last too long, yet leaves some lacing, light grainy and flowery aromas. Bready and grainy flavors, light to medium bodied, nice crisp and carbonated mouthfeel, finishes clean with some sweetness, I am very impressed with this above average

Jedsbrew (465) - Rhineland, Missouri, USA - JAN 26, 2004
Typical golden lager appearance along with a slight chill haze and a mild bready aroma. Light to medium bodied with a sweet caramely flavor and a faint bitterness in the short finish. Seemed sugary and wasn't all that good.

Thin and boring. Give it a big miss. Pale, light and a bit of hay. stick to their dark.

bluevegie (3073) - Perth, AUSTRALIA - DEC 19, 2003
Try the Gosser Dark! Cos that is much better than this one. Anyhow this one was pale golden in colour, dusty hop aroma but not a lot of taste. Maybe a bit of grassiness but it is a bit too thin.

Brian (145) - Ontario, CANADA - DEC 4, 2003
Pretty dull stuff--more like a lager than a pilsner (which is correct I suppose) but not enough malt or hops to make it worth a second try.

presario (4916) - Stampede City, Alberta, CANADA - NOV 21, 2003
Crisp looking light gold drink with a light skiff and lacing. Light hop aroma. Perhaps more malt than hop in the finish. Similar to many average tier European beers. Very drinkable but not memorable.

Plain lager really, nothing too special but at least no strong chemical flavour or skunk. Goes down fairly easily

GreatStelle (363) - Chico, California, USA - OCT 24, 2003
gold color. Pretty malty for such a light beer. The mouth feel is also a bit heavy for a light beer. Good but not great

Boutip (6332) - Gatineau, Quebec, CANADA - SEP 22, 2003
Pale yellowish brew with a medium head. Sweet and very light beer. This is good for hot summer days under the sun. I don't think there is a need to drink this more then once...
