COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

A dark brown beer, a head is small and blond. Aroma has bready malts, some rye bread, hint of bready-citrucy hoppyness. Taste has dry bread and some sour bread, wood. Good bitterness. Almost medium bodied, good body. Strongly bready beer, quite nice.

Surprisingly tasty and heavybodied for a 3.5% beer. Nicely hoppy. Pleasant aftertaste

SlackerMads (3511) - DENMARK - MAY 9, 2015
Bottle sampled at Amager Bryghus, thanks to Papsø. Chestnut brown with a small white head. Nose has roasted malt, syrup, wood. Somewhat thin and watery with notes of honey, caramel, mushrooms, black berries, dust. Light body, oily texture, soft carbonation, medium sweet and light bitter. I don’t get it.

Citrus and gooseberry aroma. Hoppy flavor, quite citric but with some metallic bi-flavors. Acidic, tinglyischisch aftertaste.
