COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Frosty Bulldog Seasonal Ale är lillebrorsa till de redan etablerade och uppskattade bull- doggarna från Gotland. Traditionellt sätt bryggs en seasonal ale under senare delen av hösten. En ölsort som förknippas med en mörkare färg, en utpräglad rostad karaktär, balanserad humlebeska samt en humlefruktig arom.

Doft
En fruktig och frisk doft med inslag av kola och rostade mandlar från den rostade malten.

Smak
En medelfyllig kropp samt betonad humlebeska som tillsammans bidrar till en lång och behaglig eftersmak.

[ Courtesy of madsenbryg ]. Clear medium amber color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, bread, caramel, light hoppy, grass - dry grass. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, malt bitter, bread, thin roasted. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20140119]

33 cl bottle. Pours clear and golden brown with a small off white head. Aroma is light fruity and toasted malty. Bitter citrusy. Toasted malty and light breadish. Bitter finish.

Bottled (thanks omhper!). Amber colour, small off-white head. Aroma is fruits, caramel, some mild wooden notes along with sweet maltiness. Flavour is sweet malts, some ripe fruits, mild bitterness as well as some floral notes. Quite good for a 3.5 % beer.

Bottled. Clear mahogany colour, mid sized head. Rich aroma of mango and viola. Light bodied with rounded mouthfeek. Roasty with some cocoa and dark bread, salty really bitter finish. Nice 3.5% beer.

Bottle from ICA Maxi, Motala. Clear deep copper/golden beer with a very nice creamy beige head. Malty fruity aroma, pears, pine apple, bready, citrus, some hops. Hoppy fruity flavor, mango, pine apples, grapes, apples, pine, hops. Really good to be a Swedish 3.5.
