From can in footed pilsner. Pours clear gold with dense 1cm head that laced fairly well. Aroma of tropical fruits and grassy hops, malt sweetness transitioned quite quickly to a crisp bitter finish. nosajhongkong (102) - North Point, HONG KONG - JAN 5, 2018
0,33L can bought at the Bottle Shop Hong Kong.
Appearance: Pours a clear pale gold colour with medium bubbly and frothy white head which leaves beautiful lacing.
Aroma: Fresh grapefruit, grape gooseberry, tropical fruits with some mild green apple and lime. Light tough of wheat and floral notes.
Taste: A great balance of hop and malt. Mild grapefruit hop bitterness, with some subtle sweet Pilsner malt.
Palate: Crisp and clean finish with elegant wine-like and tropical fruit aftertaste. Light to medium body with bubbly texture. Medium to high lively carbonation.
Overall: This Pilsner is all about elegance. The use of new-world Nelson Sauvin hop works nicely with the Pilsner malt and champagne yeast to achieve this fruity, elegant and balanced strong Pilsner. Garage Project has once again proved beer can be as elegant as champagne and ballet. wezyb (1) - - JAN 3, 2018 does not count
UPDATED: JAN 3, 2018 Testing pilsner boundaries and I like it! Pale pear colour coated in a thin veil of white foam. The bitter scotch was on pointe as the mild bitterness lingers perfectly on the palate colui72 (1199) - HONG KONG - OCT 23, 2017
Yes, I rated a pilsener over 4/5! But it's a special one! Pours pale golden, with little bubbles and a nice frothy head, beautiful lacing with tons of these little bubbles. They have used Champagne yeast to achieve this and I could really feel it on the palate, great. For the rest it's a hoppy pilsener, fruity aroma of citrus, not too bitter, malty and hoppy, greatly balanced, crisp, light bodied and with those special bubbles. Excellent for its style! dwyerpg (6606) - Las Vegas, Nevada, USA - OCT 21, 2017
Stellar beer. Has the loft and mouthfeel of a pilsener while being stronger. Still easy to drink and delicious.

Can at Slow Beer, Fitzroy, Melbourne. Poured a hazy straw colour with a thin broken white head. The aroma is skunky malt, woody hop. The flavour is moderate to strong bitter with a crisp big woody hop bitter palate and a long bitter finish. Medium bodied with average carbonation. marcus (11053) - Sacramento, California, USA - SEP 20, 2017
Bottle from Final Gravity. Pours clear gold with a thick attractive white head and a floral aroma. There is a crisp sweet pale malt flavor with a sort of fruity finish. drjoeng (1484) - SINGAPORE - JUL 22, 2017
Poured out pale gold. 5SRM.
Nose is beery with sweat socks, suggesting some nice wheat malty, wheat flour, hints of lemon lime.
Mouthfeel is beery and light . Palate is wheat malt with clean, light floury flavor. Hops are aggressive: grapefruit peel, pine needles, sap resin with a bittermelon finish.
Finish is long and bittermelon.
Overall impression: this was closer to an APA for me with a weaker malt palate but aggressive hop flavors gyllenbock (10353) - Stockholm, SWEDEN - MAY 29, 2017
Can at Sorbon. Golden with a white head. Quite light with hops, bread, citrus and hints of yeast. An easy to drink one.

I have to say I was extremely surprised that I actually enjoyed this beer. Lagers with high ABV always taste too alcoholic, but this one is an exception. Very tasty and they managed to hide the faulty tastes with nice hopping, very nice!
