Pours clear dark golden with a medium sized off-white head, some lacing. Aroma of stone fruit, many and grassy. Flavor is grassy, bready and sour hops, watery
Not very good, footbalmed
A reddish copper ale with a thick light mocha head. In aroma, rather grassy biscuit malt with grassy hops, herbaceous character, a bit off. In mouth, a light watery ale with light biscuit malt with, faint hops, watery bodied, boring. On tap at Costa Rica Beer Factory, Escazu. 3fourths (9358) - Boulder, Colorado, USA - FEB 14, 2016
Bottle. Lightly hazed amber-orange with a short white head. Aroma is malty in the way of red apples, granola, burnt toast; hoppy in the way of resin, green tea, leaf vegetables, grapefruit; slightly dirty and yeasty but mostly just plain and uninteresting in the nose. In the mouth it’s medium-light bodied, sweet, coarse, moderately bitter, strongly acidic and sour. Has an odd mineral / seltzer water effect, the ingredients are expressed poorly, texture is grating and rough, and the sourness is unpalatable. motelpogo (8031) - Plzen, CZECH REPUBLIC - SEP 9, 2015
on tap at costa rica beer factory. strangely enough they had display bottles everywhere but none you could buy to take away. anyways, could see them making this next to the beergarden at the time. clear amber with almost no head; crisp aroma of peanut brittle and tinned fruit with a hint of bierschnapps; rather simple, light bitterness, crisp and tinny; not bad ghawener (1614) - Santa Tecla, EL SALVADOR - SEP 6, 2015
