Bottle. Very dark brown, small to average to large and fully diminishing light brown head. Light to moderate, malty and lightly sweetish - sweetish aroma, light caramel and coffeee. Body is medium, malty and lightly sweetish - sweetish flavor, light caramel and roasted malt with light coffee. Finish is short to average, malty and lightly sweetish, light roasted malt and coffee with faint licorice and light hoppyness, faint alcohol. Watery stout with weak head - lacks character.

Thranemeister (28) - DENMARK - MAY 2, 2016
50 cl bottle. It pours a clear, dark brown, but definitely not black color with a tan head. Not much of aroma?! Hints of chocolate, but not much else. Taste is light sweetness and weak bitterness. Perhaps a bit salty. Light carbonation and medium body. Almost no bitterness in the finish. Seeing the other ratings I expected a lot more from this beer.

Echon (477) - rhus, DENMARK - DEC 19, 2015
Black body with a beige head.
The aroma has roasted malt and a bit of hops. Also metallic notes.
Moderately dry taste with medium bitterness. The flavour is dominated by caramel and roasted malt, but it also has some coffee. Simple but balanced. The taste is good but it should have been fuller. Dry and bitter finish.
Light/medium body with average carbonation.

Simple and decent stout. Above average, but not by a lot.

(6) Hard hitting. Strong and powerful. Intense and rich. Lots of volume - this is a beer with a lot to back it up with.
