   AROMA 7/10   APPEARANCE 3/5   TASTE 7/10   PALATE 5/5   OVERALL 7/20

Starts out smoothly on the palate, with nutty flavor and a fruity aroma. The aftertaste is rather alcoholic compared to its overall smoothness.

Caramel and bloody scent. Bitter, metallic, musty and slightly fruity taste. No good bitterness that fills the upper part of the mouth for a long time. No good beer. Follow me @ Kung av öl @ Facebook for more pictures and ratings.

Bottle @ friends/Don during dnd. Appearance: pours clear copper with powerful off-white soapy head and lacing. aroma/taste: caramel, light spices and some fruity and floral hints. palette: strong yeasty aroma, average carbonation, medium body, medium malty sweetness, balanced by a medium bitterness, average duration and a watery texture. Overall: more like a decent hoppy belgian than an APA.

Echon (535) - Århus, DENMARK - DEC 22, 2015
Clear dark amber body with an off-white head.
Sweet malty aroma with metallic notes.
Rather sweet taste with light/medium bitterness. Some malty and hoppy flavours. Sweet finish.
Medium body with average carbonation.

A simple and decent beer, if a bit too sweet. I am not really sure what beer style they were aiming for, though (and I do not think it qualifies as an APA). More hops would have been good.

(2) Not worth trying. A simple and boring beer with not anything going on that is worth writing home about.

Yorker (2006) - Herning, DENMARK - OCT 11, 2015
50 cl bottle @ home. Pours reddish amber with a white head that leaves a little lacing. Aroma and flavour are caramel and a hint of hops - with a slightly bitter finish.

TorbenJensen (1528) - Valby, DENMARK - AUG 18, 2015
This American west coast ale has a foam that is creamy, light brown and renewable. The color is beautiful dark copper and opaque because it is unfiltered. The smell is very influenced by hops, but also slightly sweet smell which probably comes from caramel. It tastes distinctly of hops and slightly caramel. Unfortunately I think it is too bitter for my taste buds. The finish is long, but the bitterness does not do, and overshadows unfortunately the other flavors,

duft malt sødme svag krydret smag: sødme karamel. honning sirup. lidt krydret eftersmag

aenima (335) - Askim, SWEDEN - MAY 19, 2015
Malty, buttery aroma. The taste is similiar with some diacetyi. Fairly dry finish. Low carbonation. A little bitter finish.
