Definitely a good beer. Light, yet tasty, and a pleasure to drink. It has all the ingredients to make a good ale, ans it certainly deserves its name. A nice +mas discovery. Skinnyviking (9584) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - FEB 6, 2006
Bottle. Off-white lasting head. Dark red clear body (what a woman!). Spicy aroma of I do not know what. Flavor: Hops and some hops and finally more hops. Do I like it: Yep. ante (3373) - Stockholm, SWEDEN - MAY 8, 2006
Bottle. Clear dark amber colour witha huge tan coloured head. Hoppy aroma of grapefruit and bloodoranges with a caramely sweetness. Flavour of grapefruity and piney hops with notes of caramel and pepper. Medium bodied. Grapefruity finish with notes of minerals and caramel. Nice one! tenghave (404) - Taastrup, DENMARK - OCT 20, 2007
Rød øl, med super duft af amerikans humle og malt/karamel.
Smagen er humlet og søg. Eftersmagen er typisk amerikans humlet.

A very pleasant surprise - this beer reminds me of north bridge extreme from nørrebro bryghus, but in a toned down and more drinkable (but much less kapoww) version. I like it a lot because it is balanced and it certainly hides the 7% very well. Very tasty, very easy to drink. I’m going to get more of this while it’s on offer at the local supermarket. joergen (28392) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - MAY 24, 2005
Draught at DBF 2005.
Hazy orange brown coloured with a small fast disappearing head.
Fruity and hoppy aroma.
Sweer flavour with lots of fruits and malts, that ends up with a long dry bitter finish.
Nice. tsp (113) - DENMARK - OCT 1, 2005
The first beer I’ve tasted from Gourmetbryggeriet. Very very good debute I think, I’ll definately keep an eye on this brewery and it’s products in the future. Color is amber, head is clear white, quickly dissappearing though. Strong notes of aromatic hops, high sweetness (but not too high). Highly enjoyable.. Pours hazy dark amber with a thin off white head. Fresh, hoppy nose with hints of malt. Refreshing citric, hoppy flavour. Medium bodied with great bitterness. Some spicyness in finish.
