Bottle. High fluffy long lasting off-white head leaving nice lacings. Harzy dark orange red body. Malty caramel aroma with a light spicy note. Relatively sweet and mild malty caramel flavor with a bit of pepper and notes of prunes. Low carbonation. Short aftertaste.

yngwie (17234) - Kristiansand, NORWAY - SEP 27, 2009
Bottle, 75cl corked. A clear, copper-colored beer with a small, beige head. Caramel, some spiced notes and a little anise in the aroma. Caramel sweetness, a little spicyness and bitterness in the flavor, quite decent but nothing special. Medium body and nice carbonation level. Some bitterness in the finish. There’s too much caramel in this one, at least for a Christmas beer, giving it a cheap-ish touch. But a decent beer it is. 090724
