Bottled vintage 2005 (tappat den 26.10.2005)
Dark ruby color, small creamy off-white head, some lace. Nose has cinnamon, honey and English flowery hops. Medium-bodied, berry-like flavor, sweetish in the beginning with cinnamon, finish brings hops. Hints of licorice in the aftertaste. Quite Christmasy and interesting.

Jeppe (2631) - Brooklyn, Alabama, USA - DEC 6, 2005
Pours a thick lasting off-white head on a clear red body. Sweet little spicy aroma of malt and berries. Malt and toffee flavor with a tone of alcohol and spices. A bit harsh, but still pretty tasty with lots of flavor. Spicy finish. Easy and fairly good.

MiP (15962) - Sønderborg, DENMARK - NOV 17, 2005
UPDATED: DEC 1, 2010 Bottle. Nice, dark chestnut colour. No head. Thin flavour with a little cinnamon. Vodka aftertaste.

Bottle, 7.3%. 2.5 years past BB date. Not much change from my earlier rating. A little rough and unpolished, but drinkable.

4.2
Skinnyviking (9674) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - NOV 16, 2005
66 cl bottle. Head off-white, very long lasting. Body Beautiful dark red-brown. Aroma of orange and spices I cannot distinguish. Pleasant though. Flavor of liqorice and hops in an nice sweet/bitter mixture. New taste maybe so low rated ?

yngwie (17185) - Kristiansand, NORWAY - NOV 15, 2005
On tap at Fynske Øldage, Odense, Denmark. Clear, coppercoloured with beige head. Cloves-like aroma, which is quite spicey. Flavor is the same, with alcohol-notes and a light bitterness in the finish. (051029)

3.2
NosirIwont (2574) - Husum, DENMARK - NOV 12, 2005
Bottle. Pours clear red/brown with an off-white/yellowish head. Interesting aroma. Malty, but with a twist that I can’t seem to identify. Pine maybe? Flavour is malty with alcohol and spicy notes. My best guess here is pine as well. Can’t single out the honey, nutmeg and cinnamon that has been used. Some metallic notes in the finish. 12-11-05.
