Bottle. Clear amber colour with okay head. Very spicey flavour with cinnemon and some licorice, burnt malt. Alcoholic.

Golden-red brown, off white head. Ginger-bread cookies and honey in the aroma. Palate a bit flat. Taste sour apple at fisrt (i had a flu), then cinnamon. Cool and original!

Hazy dark amber colour with small to average off-white head. Yeast, dark malt, fruits, spices and juniper in aroma. Sweet yeasty, fruity, malty, bitter hoppy flavour with spices and juniper. Quite Sahti like brew. Very good.

Bottle (shared with Finwe). Deep amber small off-white head. Aroma is wood, some spices, mild honey and some slight yeastyness. Flavour is quite much the same. Alcohol and some grains also showing in the flavour, as well as some sweetness that punches you hard.

I could not found the christmas in this beer, but I could drink it, because of the good sweetness and carbonated, which gave a good feeling. The color was like golden hay.

(Bottle) Poured reddish brown and clear with medium sized and white head. Aroma was malty and spicy. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Tasted of malts, spices, sweetness, hint of chocolate, bitterness and roastedness. Spicy and bitter aftertaste.
