Pours brown with a tanned head. Quite sweet with aromas of caramel malts and loads of orange peal and spices. Way over spiced. Full bodied. Again lots of spices in the finish with some alcohol. Not my fav. christmas beer.

Bottle. Reddish brown color with a slight off white head. The taste is sweeet, smooth body with a nice light bitter palate. Slight caramel and slight malty notes.

Bottle: Amber with a beige head. Ashy, smokey caramel aroma. Thin and a little unforfilling. Could be better. Thanks Papsoe.

LoveCaissa (873) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - JAN 15, 2006
Beautiful chestnut colour with a fine off-white head. Aroma is sweet with notes of honey and spices. I also managed to pick up some hints of the nutmeg - very nice. Pleasant dry bitter finish.

Light-brown unclear appearance with a very smooth light tanned head, though quick settling. Smells really nutty and caramel, like sirup. Medium carb, a little less would suit the beer more i think. Tastes very little of alcohol, more taste of nuts, caramel and cardemomme. Better than i had hoped for.

Storm (2684) - Amager, DENMARK - JAN 2, 2006
66 cl bottle. No yeast at the bottom. Amber colour with nearly no head. Very unpleasant spicy aroma with a lot of alcohol. Also a alcoholic flavour with spice and roasted malt. A really strong and unpleasant christmas ale for me.

Habanero (4908) - Tranbjerg, DENMARK, DENMARK - JAN 1, 2006
Bottle 2005: Dark nut-brown colour. Beige medium lasting head. Malt and cinnamon in the nose. Sweet caralmel/ honey flavour with notes of nutmeg, cinnamon and prunes. Medium bodied. Round palate. Some hoppy and bitter finish.

thewolf (12932) - Kolding, DENMARK - DEC 28, 2005
Very dark Christmas beer, that tastes heavy of its included spices. Cinnamon and koriander are very prominent.

Mads Langtved (2240) - Copenhagen K, DENMARK - DEC 25, 2005
Bottled, 2005: Dark brown colour. No head. Some cinnamon in the flavour. Finish is moderately bitter. A pleasant beer.
