Backlog rating. Cask at GBBF 2015. It pours a clean golden color with no head. Aroma is lightly sweet and phenolic, with notes of green apples and baked apples. Taste is also medium sweet and lightly phenolic, with more green apples and apple peels. Light bodied with almost no carbonation. Overall, meh

At Great British Beer Festival 2015, Day 2. Hazy golden bcolor, no head. Sourish apple aroma, solvent notes. Dry solvent flavor, pears and apples. Rather strange.

From polycask (gravity dispense) at Great British Beer Festival, day 4 on 5 August 2011. Rather odd greenish colour. Designated "5" on the GBBF sweetness scale, which means medium-dry, but it seemed on the dry side of that. Firm mouthfeel. Not a lot of fruit and only modest tannin. Fairly strong acidity. Didn’t really grab me that much.

From a plastic barrel @ GBBF 2011, Great British Beer Festival, Earls Court Exhibition Centre, London, England.

[ As Govier Medium Dry Cider ].
Unclear - hazy matt medium green yellow colour with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate apple, barnyard, moderate to heavy aceton - yeasty. Flavor is moderate sweet and acidic with a long duration, dry dry, apple peel. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat. [20110805]

[email protected] Greenish golden colour (!!!) with no head. Aroma is sweet apples, some yeast, wood, nectar and mild alcohol as well. Flavour is quite much the same along with some mild acidic/vinegary notes. Semi mouthdrying.
