Well, this isnt so bad. Some of the other beers that I have had here leave a little to be desired but this was all right. Yellowish with a thin white head. The nose is mostly wheats and yeast but gentle and subtle. The taste has a tad of bannanas but its soft and gentle, mostly yeasts that are kind of dilute. Hazy yellow, almost golden, with a big, white and lasting head. Dry wheat aromas, lightly perfumed (almost floral) with spice (coriander, I would suppose) and low diacetyl. It was both mildly sweet & lemon-sour... a very "Wit-ty" flavor with spiciness in the finish. My wife and I both enjoyed this.

Moderately cloudy and pale gold in color. Aroma is dishwasher tabs, pepper and anise. Flavor unfolds from aroma with laundry detergent, Sprite and orange flavored Tear Jerkers. Thin, brisk and unremarkable.
