A classic traditional British ale, copper colour, brewed with traditional floor malted barley crystal malts and the stalwarts of British hops Fuggles and Goldings.
7th December 2012 Pigs Ear. The Long Good Friday teamed up with ChrisO. Pretty hazy amber beer, no real head. Light dry palate. Low carbonation. Dry malt, slightly sweet. Dried fruit hops. Dry finish. Crushingly ordinary and too dry.
